Job description:
Due to an increase in workload, JDN Property Services are looking to recruit a Joiner to add to the team within our successfully run business. As part of the package we offer healthcare and bonus schemes to all of our employees.
THE ROLE
The ideal person can expect to be involved in a wide range of works, working in both the private and commercial sector.

Candidate must be skilled in joinery such as fixing plasterboard to framing, hanging doors, laying flooring, boxing in/ framing, fitting skirting & architraves
Works can also include entire strip outs & reinstatement of properties as a result of fire or flood, damp proofing and decay works and general property maintenance.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
The ideal candidate would be someone who is well motivated and very keen to learn new skills, however a candidate with insurance reinstatement or preservation background would be beneficial.
A good understanding of health and safety and site cleanliness is essential.
A full UK driving licence is essential (Ideally no points please).
Must be able to communicate in a professional manner to customer and clients.
The role can be very physical, so it is important that you are in good health and physically fit.
You must also offer flexibility with regards to working hours, willing to work late at times to meet our customers’ needs and deadlines.
You may be required to work at height or in confined spaces, so this role would not be suitable for anyone with phobias relating to these situations.
Candidate may be required to make their way to and from sites themselves on occasions.
You must be of smart and clean personal presentation and have a polite and helpful manner.
A clean criminal record is a must due to some of our contracts.
